Yoga Therapy
We combine hatha yoga poses and breathing techniques with current
theories in movement science to enhance a child's motor performance and
overall fitness.

Infants
through teens are instructed in yoga exercises including yoga poses,
breathing exercises and relaxation techniques in a private therapeutic
setting. A hands on approach is provided for children who are unable to
complete poses independently. An imitative approach is provided for
children with greater independence. Yoga classes are available for the
independent child.
